No, the portraits I make are full of personality, carefully crafted, and professionally presented! Why Work With Me
EXPERIENCED.
I have been around children for a long time! I became an aunt at the age of 16! I am also a mom of three cute kiddos!
I have over 15 years of experience photographing children and families and absolutely love what I do.
To create my portraits, I use artificial lighting or flash. This allows me to provide consistently beautiful images for you to enjoy for years to come.
MINIMAL.
My style of photography isn’t necessarily seen a lot in our area. That’s ok!
I like to take a simple, minimal approach to photography that really showcases who your child is. Not the scenery. Not the background. Not distracting or unnecessary props.
UNIQUE.
My favorite thing about what I do, is being able to capture what makes each child unique!
Sure, there are lots of photographers out there that take beautiful photographs, but I really think I have a special ability to connect with children, help them feel comfortable, and create something that can help you remember who they are right now before they grow!
RELAXED.
Something that I have been complimented on, is how easily I put kids (and parents) at ease. I’m not afraid of poking fun at myself and acting silly! I also usually have snacks!
I try really hard to work quickly and efficiently but thoroughly and have you on your way. I know you’re busy and have playing to do! This will be a carefree, easy, over before you know it experience!

Back to School Photo Sitting Fee: Waived! $0 (a $365 value)
My Back to School Event is special in the fact that there are no sitting fee costs! Once your gallery is delivered, you’re able to pick your favorite pictures! You know your child best and know their real laugh, smirk, or smile! Although, I can’t guarantee it, you’ll probably want the whole gallery!
Unlike last year, no complimentary digital photographs will be given. All photographs and products must be purchased.
Digital files or physical products are not included in your session. However, a few weeks after your session, you’ll receive an online gallery (via email) for viewing and ordering of products. AND for the first 48 hours after opening your gallery, all products will be 20% off! AWESOME!!
Digital Negatives.
Clients have the option of purchasing single digital negatives files for download or the entire gallery for unlimited download and sharing.

Archival Prints.
Fine art prints are printed on your choice of fine art, matte or luster, archival grade paper providing strength and beauty that will last generations.
8X10 Print: $28.50
11X14 PRint: $78.50

Elegant Heirloom Albums, crafted by hand using museum grade printing on matte fine art paper.

2. Session Day
Please come about five minutes before your schedule time. You will be welcomed and checked in by my assistant.
If you arrive late to your session, you may be required to wait or come back at the end of the day.
I’ll sit down with each of your children, talk, laugh, and photograph them!
Simple! Done!
1. Inquire & Book
First, start off by filling out my contact form and tell me a little bit about who will be attending the Back to School Event.
Children of all ages are invited to attend and participate in this event.
I will reach back out with your confirmed time slot and information about where to come, park, and more about what to expect!
The Back to School Session Process
3. Gallery Delivery
After your session, I will deliver your online gallery in about 2-3 weeks. Your gallery is for viewing to purchase products. Products are not included with your session.
You are welcome to share your gallery with friends and family.
4. Order Products
I have luxurious products for you to choose from. I have digital negatives, prints of various sizes, and heirloom albums. You are able to purchase these products directly online and have them delivered right to you!
Albums require extra steps and a bit more time and communication to produce, but it is totally worth it!

This event will happen Friday, August 9 starting at 9:30 am. This date is just a few weeks before school starts for Nebo School District; perfect for fresh haircuts and a crisp shirt!

All children are able to participate in the better than back to school event. Each child will be photographed individually and then together with their siblings.

AUGUST 2: At Chrysalis Preschool located at 409 N University Ave, Provo, Utah.
AUGUST 9: At the studio located at 415 South 1200 West in Mapleton, Utah.

My family and I have lived in Utah County for the last ten years. We love being surrounded by all the beautiful mountains and lakes.
I am originally from Idaho and grew up on a dairy farm with three older brothers which helped me perfect my snarky skills!
I attended BYU-Idaho, where I earned a BFA degree in Photography.
